Please read this disclaimer carefully before using the Sigma Engine platform.

Important Notice​

Sigma Engine is automated trading software that interacts with third-party decentralized exchanges. Your funds remain in your own wallets and exchange accounts at all times. By using the Platform, you acknowledge the following:

No Guarantees​

  • The Platform is provided "as is" without any guarantees of performance, uptime, or profitability.
  • There is no guarantee that any bot, strategy, or configuration will generate profits or avoid losses.
  • Estimated returns, target APYs, and historical performance figures are not guarantees of future results.
  • Features described as "Coming Soon" may be delayed, modified, or never released.
  • Development timelines are uncertain and subject to change without notice.

Technical and Security Risks​

  • Automated trading systems may malfunction, experience latency, or execute trades that result in losses.
  • Third-party exchanges may experience outages, smart contract failures, or security breaches that result in loss of funds.
  • Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, or other disruptions that affect trade execution.
  • Despite encryption and security measures, no system is immune to all forms of attack or failure.

No Guarantee of Funds​

  • When using bots, Sigma Engine does not hold or custody your funds. All trading occurs on third-party exchanges through your own wallet and credentials.
  • When using the Sigma Vault (if and when available), deposited funds are managed by Sigma Engine's trading infrastructure. The Vault is not a bank, savings product, or investment fund. There is no guarantee of return of principal.
  • There is no insurance, guarantee, or recourse in the event of loss, whether from bot trading or Vault deposits.
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet credentials, private keys, and exchange API keys.

No Offer or Solicitation​

This Platform and its associated documentation do not constitute an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, investment contract, or other financial instrument. Use of the Platform:

  • Does not create any ownership, creditor, or equity interest in Sigma Engine LTD or any affiliated entity.
  • Does not constitute an investment in any fund, scheme, or pooled vehicle.
  • Does not entitle users to any share of company revenue, profits, or assets (except as explicitly stated in applicable fee-sharing arrangements).

User Representations and Warranties​

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are not a citizen, resident, or person located in any Restricted Jurisdiction as defined in the Terms of Service (including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Myanmar, South Sudan, and Sudan).
  • You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where use of cryptocurrency, DeFi protocols, or automated trading software is prohibited or materially restricted by law.
  • You are not subject to any international sanctions or listed on any sanctions list (OFAC SDN, EU Consolidated, UN Security Council, or equivalent).
  • You are sophisticated and knowledgeable in the use of blockchain-based software systems, including risks related to smart contracts, token transfers, and automated trading.
  • You are acting solely for your own account and not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
  • You understand and accept the risks involved, including the total loss of funds, exchange failures, bot malfunctions, and absence of legal remedies.
  • You are not relying on any statements, representations, or communications not expressly set forth in this disclaimer or the Terms of Service.

Sigma Vault Specific Risks​

If and when the Sigma Vault feature becomes available:

  • Deposited funds are deployed into active trading strategies that carry risk of loss, including total loss of principal.
  • The Vault is not a bank account, savings product, investment fund, or securities offering.
  • Target APY figures are estimates based on historical performance and are not guaranteed.
  • Lockup periods apply. Early withdrawal may result in forfeiture of accrued yield.
  • No entity guarantees the return of deposited funds.

Points Programme​

  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Points do not represent any financial asset, security, or ownership interest.
  • The existence of a Points Programme does not constitute a promise of any future reward, distribution, or benefit.
  • The programme may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Risk Warnings​

  • Cryptocurrency and DeFi trading is highly volatile and subject to market fluctuations that can result in substantial or total losses.
  • Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities or be subject to exploits.
  • Regulatory changes may impact the legality or functionality of using the Platform in your jurisdiction.
  • Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. Liquidation can occur rapidly and without warning.
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Sigma Engine does not provide investment advice, financial planning, or recommendations. All information presented on the Platform is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as:

  • Investment or financial advice
  • A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset
  • An endorsement of any particular investment strategy
  • A guarantee of future performance or returns

Users must conduct their own research and consult with qualified financial advisors before making any trading decisions.

Limitation of Liability​

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIGMA ENGINE LTD, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, OR DATA ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM
  • BOT MALFUNCTIONS, LATENCY, OR CONFIGURATION ERRORS
  • THIRD-PARTY EXCHANGE OUTAGES, SMART CONTRACT FAILURES, OR BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK ISSUES
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNTS OR CREDENTIALS
  • CHANGES IN REGULATORY ENVIRONMENT
  • MARKET VOLATILITY OR ASSET PRICE FLUCTUATIONS
  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

YOU USE THE PLATFORM ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND EXPENSE.

This disclaimer is in addition to Sigma Engine's Terms of Service, which you agree to by your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, you should not use Sigma Engine.
